We have been using the highly recommended monitoring service from Pingdom to monitor our availability for quite some time now, and can now easily share that information with you. As SaaS is gaining main stream adoption we believe it is increasingly important for SaaS providers to share such data with potential customers who consider relying on SaaS services to further increase confidence in the provider’s service delivery capabilities.
The new SAManage Service Health Status Page shows up-time summary of our IT Asset Management service and more detailed performance information . Clicking on one of the months shows how the service performed in that month and any downtime period, it any.
Visit the new SAManage Status Page.
