| How does the 30-day free trial work? |
You can sign up for a free 30-days trial anytime and use the service without any restrictions during the trial period. At the end of the free trial you can subscribe to one of the paying plans or your account will be disabled. |

| Are your prices fixed per month or are they per-user? |
Our service plans are based on the number of computers you manage with us and your subscription period. You can choose our month-to-month service plan or the annual service and benefit from a special discount. There are no additional per-user charges - you can have an unlimited number of people who use SAManage in your organization. |

| Is this a long-term commitment? Are there any contracts to sign? |
SAManage is a subscription service with monthly and annual subscription plans. There are no contracts or long term commitments on your part unless you choose to subscribe to the annual plan. When you signup for a free trial you agree to the terms of service and no other contracts are required.

| What is your cancellation / refund policy? |
If you choose to cancel your account you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. If you cancel under the monthly plan, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again. If you cancel under the annual plan, you won't be billed again. Refunds and credits can not be issued for partial months or periods pre-paid in advance. |

| How do I cancel my account? How do I remove all my data from your servers? |
To cancel a subscription to SAManage, send an email to support@SAManage.com and we'll terminate your account - all your data will be removed from our servers and your account will be disabled.

| What types of payment do you accept? |
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and e-Check. We process payments online using PayPal and do not store any of your credit card or payment details on our servers. If you do not have a paypal account you can make payment using a credit card, or easily create a paypal account during the checkout process. |

| Do you accept purchase orders? |
Customers subscribing to our annual service can also use a purchase order - a minimum of 100 computers is required. Email us at sales@samanage.com to request an invoice or submit a PO.

| Do you offer discounts for large orders? |
Yes! we offer discounts for orders of 1,000 computers and above. Please contact us at sales@SAManage.com and we'll be happy to assist you. |

| Do I get billed every time I add another computer? |
For monthly subscriptions, upon your monthly renewal we will charge you for the number of computers you had in your account at the end of the month.
For annual subscriptions, you can add up to 25% more computers to your account without triggering a true up. When you exceed this limit, your account will be automatically trued-up and you will be billed for the remaining service period times the number of new computers you add. At the end of your annual subscription period, you will be renewed based on the number of computers in your account. For example, if you signed up for an annual subscription with 500 computers and added 124 computers during that year, you will not be charged any extra fees. When you add the 125'th computer at month 10 of your subscription, you will be automatically charged for the remaining service period (2 months) times your new computers (125) times the monthly service fee ($2 per computer). |
