Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a talented salesperson to join our team and drive inside sales overall including lead qualification and account development. SAManage empowers companies of all sizes with IT management capabilities that were previously available only to large companies, making it easy to automate and simplify the daily tasks associated with establishing IT governance, control, compliance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell primarily to new business accounts over the phone
- Grow revenue base, and identify and close new accounts through lead generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly quota of closed business
- Provide timely and accurate management reports
- Respond to and qualify incoming Web, email, & and phone inquiries
- Help shape sales and product strategy based on feedback required
- Work virtually/from home anywhere in the continental US
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of inside sales experience (ideally 5 or more years)
- Proven over achievement record
- Experience selling Asset Management, IT Management or software-as-a-service a plus
- Experience selling ASAP/eSMART or similar solutions are a plus
- Positive attitude, ability to act as an aggressive hunter initially, self motivated person and organized
- Must embrace cold calling as needed to maximize business and have demonstrated success in cold calling for new business
- Excellent phone & email communication skills
- Experience with salesforce.com expertise is a plus

Ruby-on-Rails Developer
We are looking for a talented and experienced ruby-on-rails individual to join our team and focus on building the next generation of our web application using ruby-on-rails. This ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience using Ruby-on-rails and backend applications, and use MySQL data sources. This is a full-time hire opportunity involving substantial equity compensation.
Experience and Requirements
- Strong ruby-on-rails experience, framework experience such as Dojo, YUI
- Capable of designing -> coding -> testing and debugging complex rails web applications
- Experience developing a production Internet web application
- Experienced with MySQL, Mongrel and capistrano 2.0
