How does the 30-day free trial work?
When you sign up for the Premium Plan you get a free 30-day trial and you can use the service without any restrictions during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe to the SAManage premium service.
How much does the service cost?
SAManage is priced based on the number of computers you manage or the number of service users in your service desk. There are no additional charges or hidden fees.
Is this a long-term commitment? Are there any contracts to sign?
SAManage is a subscription service with monthly and annual subscription plans. There are no contracts or long term commitments on your part unless you choose to subscribe to the annual plan. When you sign up you agree to the Terms of Service and no other contracts are required. If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do it online or send an email to sales@samanage.com and we will cancel it for you.
Do you offer discounts for large orders? academic and not-for-profit organizations?
Yes we do. Please email sales@samanage.com with your inquiry.
What types of payment methods do you accept? Do you accept purchase orders?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Paypal and e-Check online. We process payments using PayPal and do not store any of your credit card or payment details on our servers. If you do not have a paypal account you can make payment using a credit card, or easily create a paypal account during the checkout process.
Customers subscribing to our annual service with a minimum of 100 computers or 4 service users can use a purchase order. Contact sales@samanage.com to request an order form and invoice.
What is your cancellation / refund policy?
If you choose to cancel your account you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. If you cancel under the monthly plan, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again. If you cancel under the annual plan, you won't be billed again. Refunds and credits can not be issued for partial months or periods pre-paid in advance.
