Service User
Service Users are members of the IT support team that provide service to internal customers, typically employees of the company.
Self-service portal users are included at no additional costs.
Computer
Every workstation, server, laptop or virtual machine requires a subscription. Other assets and contracts are included at no additional costs.
Trial Information
One trial for both solutions
SAManage is one of the few IT solutions out there that integrates both Service Management and
Asset Management solutions into one platform. With this flexibility, you can enjoy either or both solutions, based on your IT requirements.
How the trial works
After signing up, you will get full access to the SAManage suite for the duration of the trial. Because SAManage has a SaaS delivery model, as soon as you fill out the sign up form, you can start exploring the IT platform.
What happens after the trial
You can upgrade to one of three pricing models: Service Management, Asset Management, or the full SAManage Suite which includes unrestricted access to both solutions. If you chose to upgrade, all information and data from the trial will remain in your account; if you do not upgrade your account will be disabled.
Billing Information
Billing
SAManage is a subscription service with monthly and annual subscription plans. We process credit card payments online and accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. We do not store any of your credit card or payment details on our servers. There are no contracts or long term commitments; when you sign up you agree to the Terms of Service.

SAManage offers discounts for large orders, academic institutions and non-profit organizations. Contact us at

Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription online or send an email to support@samanage.com and we will cancel it for you. If you choose to cancel your account you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Sorry, refunds and credits cannot be issued for partial periods pre-paid in advance.
