When you sign up for the Premium Plan you get a free 30-day trial and you can use the service without any restrictions during the trial period. At the end of the trial you can either subscribe to the Premium Plan or continue to use the Free Plan (its free forever).
How much does the Premium Plan cost?
The Premium Plan is based on the number of computers you manage and your subscription period. You can choose our month-to-month subscription ($2 per computer) or the annual subscription and benefit from a special discount (as low as $20 per computer). There are no additional charges or hidden fees.
Is this a long-term commitment? Are there any contracts to sign?
SAManage is a subscription service with monthly and annual subscription plans. There are no contracts or long term commitments on your part unless you choose to subscribe to the annual plan. When you signup you agree to the Terms of Service and no other contracts are required. If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do it online or send an email to sales@samanage.com and we will cancel it for you.
What is your cancellation / refund policy?
If you choose to cancel your account you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. If you cancel under the monthly plan, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again. If you cancel under the annual plan, you won't be billed again. Refunds and credits can not be issued for partial months or periods pre-paid in advance.
What types of payment methods do you accept? Do you accept purchase orders?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and e-Check online. We process payments using PayPal and do not store any of your credit card or payment details on our servers. If you do not have a paypal account you can make payment using a credit card, or easily create a paypal account during the checkout process.
Customers subscribing to our annual service can also use a purchase order - a minimum of 200 computers is required. Email us at sales@samanage.com to request an invoice or submit a PO.
