Samanage Strengthens Enterprise Team with Two New Executive Hires
Conor Nolen and Greg Ruh Join Samanage, Improving Enterprise Customer Service, Enhancing Software Sales Leadership and Expanding National Presence

Samanage, a Service Success Company, has named two senior executives to its leadership team, Conor Nolen, vice president, global solution engineering, customer success and partnerships, and Greg Ruh, vice president, North American sales. Both Nolen and Ruh join Samanage after successful tenures at Salesforce, bringing significant software industry sales leadership experience. They are located in the San Francisco area, significantly enhancing Samanage’s presence on the West Coast and its movement toward a strong multi-regional sales team.
Ruh will lead the Samanage enterprise sales team, directing sales efforts for Samanage for Salesforce®, an IT service management solution which is built on the Salesforce Platform and is available on the Salesforce AppExchange. Ruh will apply insights from 20 years of building teams and creating excellent customer experiences to grow Samanage’s leadership position in the IT service management market.
Ruh was an account executive at Salesforce for more than six years, three of which were focused on the customer experience for Salesforce Service Cloud. He helped launch the Service Cloud specialist group for Salesforce’s commercial business unit and was named the “Service Cloud MVP” in 2015. Prior to his tenure at Salesforce, Ruh worked at software companies, including IBM, HNC Software, and Access 360, which was acquired by IBM.
Nolen will focus on building a cutting-edge organization focused on developing and empowering IT champions across market segments, regions and verticals. After spending more than seven years in solution engineering roles, Nolen most recently served as vice president of enterprise sales at Salesforce, supporting two key verticals and driving Salesforce Service Cloud revenue in North America. Nolen’s additional work experience includes helping businesses re-architect complex processes at Accenture, and designing and delivering large-scale technical training programs at Oracle University.
