Samanage to Focus on Customer Experience at HDI 2017 Conference and Expo
Samanage will exhibit at the Help Desk Institute event

Samanage, the Service Success Company, will be exhibiting its IT service desk product portfolio at the HDI 2017 Conference and Expo, in Washington, D.C. May 9 to May 12.
Samanage will shine a light on how critical the user experience is to the success of organizations, particularly IT departments, and how all departments can treat their internal employees like their best customers. Joseph Brown, implementation team leader at Samanage, will present on this topic and showcase how the Samanage Service Desk enables IT teams to provide an exceptional level of service as part of the Solutions Spotlight Theater on Thursday, May 11 from 2:15 – 2:35 p.m.
Other Samanage activities at the event include:
- Anthony Orr, ITSM best practice director at Samanage and author of ITIL 2011 publications, will be offering mini ITIL consultations in the Samanage booth for those who have questions on best practices or how to implement the ITIL framework within their organization.
- Samanage is the first-ever sponsor of the HDI arcade, which will be open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during expo hall hours. A wristband can be picked up from the Samanage booth and will serve as the pass for the HDI arcade where show attendees can play air hockey, pinball, foosball and more.
- Each hour during the show, Samanage will host a 10-minute product demonstration in their booth (#309). Those who attend an in-booth presentation will be entered for a chance to win a robot, in celebration of the work that Samanage is doing with machine learning and artificial intelligence.
