Go Live Procedures
The following list of procedures will need to be completed before taking your Samanage application live.
- Ensure that Service Agent Users or internal technicians have been trained to use the Samanage application to manage tickets and inventory.
- Inform your Requesters or end users that you will be switching to Samanage. Please update your users regarding any changes to their daily workflow.
- Forward new or existing support email address to the Email Dropbox associated with your Samanage account.
