The next spot that we will take a look at is the Solutions or Knowledge Base menu! The Solutions/Knowledge Base menu will be where you find your organization’s knowledge base. This menu will contain your organization’s best practices and recommended solutions to common incidents or problems that you may encounter in you organization.
The Solutions/Knowledge Base menu will be your first stop if you are looking for more information regarding a problem that you are incurring or if you would like to search for a useful article.
Within the Solutions/Knowledge Base menu you will be able to see the title of the solution, the date of the last update and who created each item. To view a solution all you need to do is click into the title of the solution you would like to see.
Once you click into a solution you will be able to see all information related to this solution as well as the solution itself. You may find a step-by-step list, instructions or even pictures to help you gain the knowledge to solve a problem or complete a task.
After you have read through or executed the contents of the solution, you can mark this solution as helpful or not helpful. Please click thumbs up or thumbs down button depending on your level of satisfaction with the associated article.
