Dan Barnea Joins Samanage Board of Directors as Chairman
Industry Veteran Will Help Drive Continued Expansion in ITSM and ITAM Markets

Mr. Barnea will leverage his many years of experience in the enterprise software industry to help SAManage continue on its path of aggressive growth and expansion.

Mr. Barnea was formerly the Senior Vice President, Research and Development and later the Senior VP of Strategy and Corporate Development at BMC Software. Prior to joining BMC, Mr. Barnea was CEO of New Dimension Software, a company he helped catapult to the forefront of the systems management sector before it was acquired by BMC in 1999. Mr. Barnea holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
