Samanage recently surveyed IT professionals across a wide spectrum of industries and organization sizes, and discovered that despite a lot of progress, there’s still some room for improvement:
- 50% of IT professionals say technology has helped them automate
- 25% of the work week is still spent on tasks that could be automated
- 56% of IT professionals are making automation and/or cloud migration their top priority
- 40% of working millennials feel the technology at their workplace is outdated
