In 2018, Samanage conducted a survey of IT professionals in 300 companies of 150 employees or more to understand how automation and AI are contributing to employee service success. The results show that not only are organizations adopting this smart technology, but they’re starting to see the results:
- 82% said that AI is either “very important” or “mission critical” as it relates to the digital transformation of their business
- 48% say their organization already utilizes systems driven by AI and/or automation to serve its employees
- 49% have been able to document ROI from employee service automation
